Sadly we have had to make the difficult decision not to run the St Dunstans distribution cafe tomorrow (Friday).
The weather conditions are predicted to worsen tomorrow - with this in mind our main concern is for the safety of our volunteers and those we support.
We hope to return to a normal service next week.
** Snow update **
Unfortunately we are unable to safely get the van out today - please bear with us, as we are aware some of our collection bins are full.
Soup Cellar, Whitstable: Open - David and the team will be making hot soup as usual at the Umbrella Centre. So pop in for lunch 12-2.
Wednesday evening volunteer session: Cancelled.
We thank you all for your continued support and hope to resume normal service as soon as possible.
We have just received the wonderful news that SERCO have awarded us a very generous donation of £10,000 (over the next 2 years) to fund a CAB adviser at our Canterbury distribution cafes. This will make a huge difference to all those who use the Food Bank. Thank you so much.
